A beautiful room with an excellent view of the football museum. Steps from the Medieval city and the wonderful Cherham library Housekeeping was daily and was very good. Towels are soft and fluffy. The staff is very helpful and friendly I wish every hotel was like this one.

Friendly staff, lovely room. Couple things like th moisturiser was empty and the shower head was stuck so you couldn’t move it up and down and there was mould round the bottom of the shower but don’t affect our stay and the place was very clean and the room was nice and quiet so felt like it was soundproofed which was important.

The bed had 1 side firm and the side soft Would be good to note this when picking a room as the firm side hurt my back. No signal on tv. But everything else was good from staff and the rest of the stay

I’ve stayed here before. Checkout is 11am, which is annoyingly early, but they extended on request. Breakfast very nice, although less choice than last time. Great location. Good price. Nice view.

Fantastic location with train station next door and shops and bars a stones throw away. Hotel was immaculate and the room had a super king size bed which was very comfy. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of things to choose from with continental and full english options. Couldn't fault it 👌
