Pool was broken, signs of water damage and structural settlement throughout the building (cracked drywall, wavy floors, water stains), ongoing renovation mess not contained, our suite door didn't latch and shower was so moldy I couldn't imagine going in it. Really regretted booking this hotel and would never go here again. Disgusting and potentially unsafe.

Good for highway overnight

Budget inn with typical pealing wall paper and dirty grout. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast average (some fresh fruit, the rest was all processed). Breakfast area was clean. Plenty of parking, easy access to highway.

The lobby smells like vomit, mold in rooms

Comfort Suites should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel. It is so dirty and grimy. Fixtures are falling off walls and ceilings. There is mold in the bathroom- not just the tub but on the walls and corners of the ceiling. Black mold. The beds are old school just uncomfortable mattresses from 1994. You can feel the springs. Things are just falling apart. The hall on the second floor is hard to describe. Other than filthy it is uneven and you can feel the boards moving beneath the carpet. There is a terrible smell. The pool had cigarette butts in it (see photos). The chairs at the pool have been torn apart by mice. (See photos). There was no where to sit and watch my kids swim that wasn’t destroyed. The paint and wallpaper are peeling all over the place and water damage down the walls of the room. We actually stayed in two different rooms in one night because the first one was so gross. The second is just as bad, but add in a door handle to the room next door that just falls off and a broken lamp shade, along with a mysterious white substance all over the couch and table. I will give them credit that there was less black mold in this one (pictured). I wish I had gotten photos of the black mold in 202. That was a doozie. They also gave us no warning that they are doing heavy construction on the floor above us. At 8:00 it was still going on. After the construction was done we got to listen to loud music and grown men hanging around outside our door speak loudly.

The shower stall appeared to have black mold along the base of the entry. There was a discarded muffin wrapper on the floor of the suite area. Advertised as having restaurant, thankfully there is a Mexican within walking distance.

Perfect property for I-75 travel

Needed a place along I-75 going from Georgia to Ohio. This hotel was in the perfect location. This property itself was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, the parking lot (despite much of it being marked off as they painted the exterior) was ample, and the breakfast was typical. Very easy on and off highway access. One disappointment was the advertised "EV charging" availability. In the end, it was a single tesla charger (not compatible with non-tesla cars) and blocked in by the overnight painting truck. Having said that, the desk agent went above and beyond to help us tap into a 110 volt outlet, so our trickle charger could add a few miles overnight. She gets five stars!!! We would definitely stay here again but would not rely on their "EV charging" availability.

The place is in poor condition. Access is very strange. As always, comfort inn has good breakfast. But I have never stayed in one of their facilities that I would rate so poorly. Everything in this hotel needs repair! On that note, we thoroughly enjoyed the area

This is an old property and it shows. The first room we were given stunk. Of what we couldn’t quite figure out. Second room was tolerable. Vanity in the bathroom was so high I had trouble getting my face over the sink. (I’m 6 ft.) Caulking around the bathtub was mottled with black. Floor in the room was uneven. The exterior is being renovated but it is like putting lipstick on a pig.

Unfortunately the location wasn't the cleanest. The carpet up the stairs had food on it for the entire time we were there; obviously not getting cleaned. Our key to the room didnt work properly-we had to "finagle" it to work every time. When our rooms were 'cleaned', our beds were never made. And the floors were like being in a funhouse. But the people were nice and the area was nice.
