this property was absolutely disgusting. I first arrived and got checked into my room, began to take a shower and the entire bathroom flooded out into my room and into the hallway. I then was assigned another room when I went into the bathroom there was mold all over the shower and shower curtain. And at 3 AM I begin hearing noises and couldn’t sleep for the rest of the night because there was a party going on in the room above me that was never dealt with by the front desk.

When we arrived we were offered an upgrade to a suit at no extra charge which was nice with it being 3 adults and 1 child. Location was pretty good. Breakfast was good typical hotel breakfast. I only gave it a 3 because the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the shower curtain was staines at the bottom and had the beginnings of mold from the moisture and the way it was tucked up into the shower. The couch in the suite was very rough material and uncomfortable. It was very obvious that this hotel has a lot of long term room rentals as there was garbage bags outside of the majority of the rooms on the floor we stayed on a long with take out packaging. It was definitely not worth the price paid. I would stay again in a pinch but would not choose as a stay on a planned trip.

Helpful Staff.

I booked a suite so we could stay together and still have privacy. Unfortunately the bathroom and kitchen area were in the private bedroom. Terrible mattresses on beds and pullout. Complicated, almost unusable TV. The most I've ever paid for a terrible night's sleep. That sais, staff were helpful and friendly. The location was good. Full hot breakfast.

Overall good, but BAD BED...

It was a good stay... I just did not get much sleep the two nights there. The bed was super firm and my back was so sore the next morning from it. I slept on the couch the next night.. but not long due to it not being wide enough to fully stretch my legs out... Food was good ..

Helpful hotel service

Grateful we could find a room with a king and sofa bed to sleep 4 when unexpectedly needing to stay the night in Concord NH. Extremely helpful and kind service from Robi who helped us get settled and provided an extra blanket for the kids. Appreciate the help!
