Unfortunately, we are in the peak of our busy season and have been sold out for almost 3 weeks straight now and when we are sold out, there aren't any other rooms to move you too since all the other rooms are occupied. I am happy they were able to temporarily fix it for your stay but apologize for your dissatisfaction.
