This comfortable 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom townhome in the scenic meadow area of Mammoth Lakes offers 1,300 sq. ft. of living space and sleeps up to 8 guests. Tastefully decorated with mountain-style décor, it's the perfect base for a family or group getaway.

Layout & Sleeping Arrangements
Enter on the first floor, where both bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed. On the third floor, the loft overlooks the living room and provides two twin beds plus a trundle bed (two additional twins).

The second floor is the heart of the home, with an open living room, dining area, kitchen, and a third full bathroom. The living space includes a pellet stove for cozy evenings after a day on the mountain.

Amenities
This unit offers wireless internet access. Two outdoor parking spaces are included (no buses, RVs, trailers, or towed vehicles allowed on the property).

Snowflower amenities include a year-round hot spa and sauna, a summer-only heated pool and tennis court, and coin-operated laundry facilities located near the office.

Location
Set in Mammoth's scenic meadow area, Snowflower provides easy access to the bike path, fishing, golf, and the Mammoth Community Recreation Center. The property is also on the free Red Line shuttle route for quick trips into town or to the slopes.
