Recently updated corner unit located a short 300 step walk to Canyon Lodge

with free gondola access to the village (Winter only). This 2 bedroom, 2

bathroom condo is perfectly located for your Winter or Summer vacation in

Mammoth Lakes. Both the condo and the complex offer all the amenities to make

your visit as convenient and fun as it can be!



The single level open floor plan offers ample room for guests to spread out

and relax in the cozy living room with gas fireplace and Bluetooth speaker.

The comfortable furniture is all newly updated, from Pottery Barn and

Restoration Hardware to make you feel right at home. The living room features

a large 55" flatscreen Smart TV with HD Cable. It also offers a corner desk

office with Wi-Fi access and printer. As a corner unit, lots of natural light

floods into the living room with a peek-a-boo view of chair 16.



The kitchen is fully stocked just like home with brand new top of the line

stainless steel appliances. It provides everything you’ll need to prepare

meals right in the condo. The dining room seats 6 with additional seating at

the kitchen bar.



The master bedroom features a King bed, 43” flatscreen Smart TV with Cable,

and a full en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers

two queen beds perfect for the kids or two couples, a 43” flatscreen Smart TV

with HD Cable, and a full bathroom with tub/shower. The condo sleeps a maximum

of 6 people. A private full washer and dryer sits in the laundry room.



The 2nd floor condo is accessible via an elevator and interior hallways from

the heated underground parking garage to easily load in and out with no

shoveling! Guests will receive two parking passes: one assigned in the

underground garage (garage clearance is 7' 2") and one additional space

outside (first come, first serve). Luggage carts are available in the garage

for the use of guests. No smoking and no pets. The Silver Bear common area has

a recreation room to enjoy with a lounge, foosball table, fireplace, and

reading area, as well as showers. There is a year round sauna, covered

Jacuzzi, outdoor Jacuzzi, communal gas BBQ grill area and in Summer a small

plunge pool and fire pit. All guests receive complimentary full access to

Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool,

steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

GREAT condo!

Silver Bear 21 is just as described and pictured. SUPER clean and neat. Furnishings were comfortable and cozy with good lighting by both couches for reading. LOTS of games/cards stored in coffee table. Kitchen was VERY well stocked(unlike so many rental properties that have the absolute bare minimum) Convenient charging stations located in bedrooms and bar area. Super quiet building, never heard any noise from above or below. Garage parking spot was not cramped. Additional parking outside was snow plowed daily. Hot tub was working and hot. Walking up the hill to Canyon Lodge takes about 4 minutes. Would definitely stay her again.
