About the space: Welcome to Juniper Crest. This 3-story townhome is in the most desirable location for every season – directly on the bike path to the Valentine Reserve and ski-back trail to Eagle Lodge, all of Mammoth's nature and activities are available from your front door. This 2,221 sq. ft. townhome has been immaculately cared for, with recent upgrades and high-end designer finishes creating an upscale retreat. The layout of this home is well thought out – every space is inviting and comfortable for groups of up to 10 people.
You'll immediately feel immersed into your mountain retreat when entering the main living area – it is bright with south facing windows gazing out to the stunning views of the Sherwin Mountain range. The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa, with a newly upgraded TV w/ smart features and an ambient gas burning fireplace, ideal for keeping warm during cold winter nights. Off the living room is a nice sized private deck with seating area overlooking the spectacular views, a perfect place to take in the fresh mountain air. The deck also provides a private BBQ, available year-round. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to make a nice meal. It has solid granite countertops and updated stainless-steel appliances. Between the living room and kitchen is a nice sized dining room table with seating for 8. Off the kitchen is the back patio, with private jacuzzi, enclosed for privacy.
The primary bedroom is located on the 3rd story of the home. It offers a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and private deck with seating area overlooking the gorgeous views. The primary bathroom has a large solid granite countertop vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking/jacuzzi tub.
Bedroom 2 is located down the hall from the master bedroom, also on the 3rd story of the home. It offers a queen-sized bed and walk-in closet. Off the second bedroom is a cozy loft, with TV and sitting area and a full-sized bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the main level of the home, off the living area is bedroom 3, which has a twin sized bed with a single trundle pullout. It also has a TV, closet, and easy access to bathroom 3. Bathroom 3 is located just between the kitchen and 3rd bedroom – it is a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
The fourth bedroom is located on the 1st level of the home. It is a large bedroom with a king-sized bed and queen-sized bed. It has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and a dresser and armoire for clothing storage, as well as a large flatscreen TV with smart features.
There is in-unit laundry located on the first floor, between bedroom 4 and the garage.
The private 2 car garage is large enough for parking and to store all of your ski gear in the winter or your bikes in the summer.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent.

Mammoth Family Trip
The property was an end unit right next to the walking trail and had amazing views. We appreciated having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms so plenty of room for the entire family. We will absolutely book this property again.

We had 9 women staying at this comfortable and cozy place. It felt like home. Very well decorated, clean, comfortable beds and plenty of space to fit everyone. The Mountain Views were phenomenal and we would stay here again.
