This is a spacious, upgraded one bedroom condo with two full bathrooms in a location you can't beat close to the slopes perfect for a large family. With a shared covered parking garage, you can park and not move the car again, walk to Canyon Lodge lifts or walk to the Austria Hoff to enjoy the infamous happy hour. This extra large floor plan offers a spacious primary bedroom along with an additional sleeping area off the living room. The living room features a dining space for 6, a gas fireplace to cozy up on the sectional and a large flatscreen Smart TV with Cable. The sleeping area that can be sectioned off with privacy curtains features a bunk bed with Full on the bottom and Twin on the top. The fully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone counters offers a breakfast bar area with additional seating and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals. There is a full bathroom next to the bunk area with tub/shower combo. The master bedroom offers an open floor plan featuring a Queen bed, large flatscreen Smart TV, office desk space so you can work or school remotely, as well as a private en-suite bath with upgraded stone counters and tub/shower combo. With wood flooring throughout, and a private deck, laundry room within the complex, this unit offers all the conveniences you need. The shared covered parking garage below the unit means no shoveling required, and the community amenities checks all the boxes with an outdoor pool (Summer only), covered year-round hot tub and Sauna, and tennis courts in the Summer. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. There is one assigned garage parking spot, with additional parking available outside on a first come, first serve basis. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 35 stairs in an enclosed stairwell to the unit and no stairs inside the unit, please note there is no elevator and the unit is on the second floor. Great location, easy access even with stairs. Parking was easy with the provided garage space and available spots outside. The place was very clean and comfortable - probably one of the most comfortable I've felt during a stay at Mammoth. Water pressure was good, bathrooms were clean. Everything has been updated. The only thing that was not functioning properly was the microwave door that wouldn't stay shut, but we made it work by manually keeping it closed. Overall, I would stay here again.

Good location, bad check-in process

Great place, walking distance or short drive to Canyon Lodge. Check-in process was extremely inconvenient. We arrived in the morning of our check in day to spend the day on the mountain. At the end of the day we had to drive all the way to a separate location to pick up the keys - big inconvenience. Tried to ask the property manager about early check-in and they never responded to our message. Other than that, it was a nice place.

Great location!

Our group stayed in unit #4, which is up two flights of stairs from the main parking area. It was nice being the very first unit in the complex, however, be prepared for a hill if you are walking to Canyon Lodge. The unit is well-stocked (except for no cookie sheets) and cozy. Our only complaint was that the booking office where you pick up and drop off keys is about an 8 minute drive from the property. I would recommend to the complex to allow keys to be left inside the unit upon check out so that guests can be on their way. Overall, we'd stay here again, as it was close to the slopes.
