The location of this condo is excellent and very convenient for accessing the area, and the overall amenities were as described. The host communicated promptly throughout our stay, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, there was no power in the second bedroom for the entire trip. This meant no lights, no heat, and no working outlets in that room, so the TV and Wi-Fi were also initially unavailable. We notified the host on the first night. A technician came the following afternoon, but there was confusion about key access after we had been told we would not need to be present. The first visit did not resolve the issue, and a second technician arrived later that day. He was courteous and did manage to run an extension cord to restore the TV and internet, but the second bedroom still had no lighting or heat for the duration of our stay.While the host remained communicative, coordinating these visits significantly disrupted our plans and time on the mountain. The only compensation offered was 288, which did not feel commensurate with losing full use of one bedroom for the entire stay. A refund equivalent to at least one night would have felt more reasonable.Because of this unresolved issue, we would not choose to stay here again.
