Summary:

Aspen Creek is a great location for a mountain getaway. Snowboarders and skiers will love the short walk to Eagle Lodge and the Eagle Express chairlift.



The Space:

Summer adventurers have a variety of activity options too. Restaurants or shopping in Mammoth Village, the Snowcreek Golf Course, and numerous hiking or biking paths are just a quick car ride away.



The kitchen has all the appliances any chef could need to prepare meals. A formal dining table is steps from the kitchen. A mudroom perfect for storing your ski and snowboard equipment is located near the front of the home.



Couches and chairs circle the 56" Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+) with regular cable. Turn on the fireplace (wood provided) and get cozy while watching a movie with the family. You will feel right at home with wireless internet. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space. Open the sliding glass doors to catch a breath of crisp air and take in the partial mountain view. A rug and 2 chairs are provided here.



The kitchen has all the appliances any chef could need to prepare meals. It includes: full set of Cuisinart knives, double toaster, blender, crock pot, Lodge cast iron dutch oven, non-stick pans, cheese grater, pyrex baking dishes, Cuisinart coffee maker, large cutting board, and more!



The master bedroom has a comfortable California King bed and a desk for any remote work needs. There is an attached private bathroom and vanity area. The large second bedroom is great for the kids. This room is furnished with 2 Twin over Full bunk beds with brand new mattresses (March 2021). There is also an attached private bathroom and vanity area. This room is so large that it also has 2 comfortable swivel chairs for a nice hang out spot!



Underground parking is available for 1 car (garage height 7'1"). Laundry facilities and elevators are in each building. The shared condo BBQ stations, picnic areas, and a swimming pool only open during the summer. The 3 hot tubs are open year round.



Things to Note:

- During the winter months, the Homeowners Association (HOA) takes safety precautions by boarding up certain windows to prevent damage from falling icicles.

- Starting June 12, 2025, construction will be underway in the complex. Please be aware that guests may experience daytime noise during this time.

- The pool and hot tubs will be out of service throughout the construction period

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

The location of this condo is excellent and very convenient for accessing the area, and the overall amenities were as described. The host communicated promptly throughout our stay, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, there was no power in the second bedroom for the entire trip. This meant no lights, no heat, and no working outlets in that room, so the TV and Wi-Fi were also initially unavailable. We notified the host on the first night. A technician came the following afternoon, but there was confusion about key access after we had been told we would not need to be present. The first visit did not resolve the issue, and a second technician arrived later that day. He was courteous and did manage to run an extension cord to restore the TV and internet, but the second bedroom still had no lighting or heat for the duration of our stay.While the host remained communicative, coordinating these visits significantly disrupted our plans and time on the mountain. The only compensation offered was 288, which did not feel commensurate with losing full use of one bedroom for the entire stay. A refund equivalent to at least one night would have felt more reasonable.Because of this unresolved issue, we would not choose to stay here again.

This is an older unit (with some antique appliances), but everything worked great. It is large and comfortable and in a perfect location. A dedicated covered parking space right under the unit and just a block from Eagle Lodge. My family of five have stayed in many great units all over Mammoth during the past five years and this was one of the best experiences we've had!

Great location, ample sleeping room, solid price. Only downside is limited parking (1 spot per unit, no additional parking) and couches are very old and are due to be replaced
