Terrific restaurant and a great breakfast bar. Staff was nothing but friendly and helpful, room was clean and bright. You can't beat the view of the marina. Furniture could definitely use a refresh. valet parking fee was a little high at 50 per night, but it beats walking to the public lot 10 minutes away. would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay. From valet to check in/out the staff were great. Room was very nice, great view of the marina. Breakfast was delicious. Only issue was lack of garbage bins on the outside edge of the property. This is a dog friendly hotel but not a lot of places to throw dog waste away without going back into the property.

This is an excellent choice if you are visiting Venice or Santa Monica and want a fair priced and very comfortable option. I loved it here and have already re- booked. You can easily walk to the number 3 Big Blue Bus stop which will take you to Venice or Santa Monica along Lincoln Boulevard; it’s lovely also to walk around the Marina itself. I got confused extending my stay and this App and the hotel cooperated to help me sort it out. I loved the spacious room, airy balcony with marina views and the charming pool area

Great spot on the marina with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. It was also a reasonable walk to the beach. The hotel was clean and quiet with plenty of space in the room and a cute outdoor patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a great stay!
