The room was clean and tidy , bed was comfy, nice clean linen that smelt like new, shower was the hottest id ever had, aircon was the coldest , Not far from shopping centre, big parking spots.

Quick & pleasant checkin. Parking outside room. Room was clean & comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Coffee & tea facilities in the room. Quiet room even though on the main road. Handy to function I was attending. I have stayed here a number of times & will stay again for visits to East Maitland.

Overall stay average. Room was spacious but not the bathroom. Beds comfortable enough. Unfortunately air con was off but was on and off very noisy even turned off 24/7. Could hear next door talking + tv. Shower/ bathroom tiny and splashing water eveywhere. Could not have breakfast on first morning as it was closed due to staff illness, could not have dinner as ithe chef said was booked out and we had to make a booking but we were never told at check in to make a booking. Second day we were able to have breakfast but the staff was all by herserlf doing everything ( serving + cooking) so we had a long wait.

Great little stop over for one or two nights. Rooms are clean and well maintained, there is a bar and cafe onsite and many dining and shopping options within 10 min drive. Would recommend.
