In the Abatilles district, near the Arcachon golf course, "Landaise style" T3 house of approximately 65 m², surrounded by a large plot of land. You can park your vehicle(s) in the garden. Its living room with TV (the accommodation does not have WIFI) and its dining area. A fully equipped open kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and Nespresso A room with 140 bedding for two people. A separate toilet. A second bedroom with a 140 cm bed for two beds and a 90 cm bunk bed. Its bathroom between the two bedrooms. Its exterior allows you to enjoy two terraces to share your meals with family or friends with its barbecue. Our animal friends are welcome. You are halfway between the city center of Arcachon and that of La Teste de Buch for shops and restaurants. And only a few minutes by car from the Moulleau and Pyla sur Mer districts to enjoy the many bars and restaurants at sunset. A sunny vacation is waiting for you! ADDITIONAL SERVICES - Sheets: €25 for a double bed for a week, bathroom kit: €18 for one person and a week. Baby chair / baby bed: €10 / week. Wifi box: €39 / week. Nettes Landhaus in Abatilles
Nettes Landhaus, innen teilrenoviert, außen könnte das Haus etwas Pflege gebrauchen. Sehr gut ausgestattet, Küche hat alles, was es gibt, Sitz- und Kochgelegenheiten für eine Großfamilie. Ein Schlafzimmer liegt auf der Rückseite, Kinderzimmer nach vorne. Großer Garten vor und hinter dem Haus, Sitzecke hinten ist ruhiger als vorne, wirkt etwas ungepflegt, war aber wohl länger niemand da. Einziges Manko ist der teilweise hohe Durchgangsverkehr der Straße, daher insgesamt vier Sterne. Lage hinsichtlich Entfernung Centre ville, Dune du Pilat, Strände Le Moulleau und Supermarkt in Teste-de-la-Buch optimal.
