Great place to get away

Amazing experience, conveniently located in the heart of Magog. The hotel was very accommodating and the front desk staff were very friendly. The gym was well equipped, and spacious. The hotel room was a condo so you had a full-size fridge and stove so you were missing nothing but the local restaurants were delicious.

The apartment was very nice and well furnished. If it wasn't for the cold water in the spaS it would have been perfect. Suggestion, when you have two spas plan maintenance to insure that at least one of them is ready for guests.

Gorgeous rooms, very modern and well thought out Parking scenario was poorly communicated Sauna was out of order with no plans for repair Hot tub out of order on another night Some gym equipment down Don’t advertise these amenities if you can’t maintain them, overpriced for what was able to be used Room was decently clean upon initial entry aside from slimy shower walls
