The apartment consists of a living-dining room with a sofa bed and a balcony facing the Plaza de la Puerta del Sol in Madrid. El apartamento está muy bien situado, y dotado de todos los elementos necesarios para tener una buena estancia (cafetera, microondas, horno, lavadora,etc). Lo que podría mejorar es la altura a la que están varias cosas de uso habitual (tazas, platos, jabón y gel de la ducha). Parece colocado para personas muy altas, y resulta incómodo para personas de estatura media. El wifi también es mejorable. No obstante, es una muy buena opción para visitar Madrid.
