Saubere Wohnung im Norden Madrid

Für unser verlängertes Wochenende in Madrid war diese Wohnung ideal. Silvia hat uns pünktlich die Wohnung übergeben und mit Infos für Unternehmungen versorgt. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Wobei ein Auto in der Stadt nicht notwendig ist, denn die Busse und Metro fahren fußläufig unmittelbar vor der Tür. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

El apartamento aunque esté alejado del centro se encuentra en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada. El problema es fundamentalmente la falta de mantenimiento del mismo y la carencia de menaje suficiente. Nos hemos encontrado con varias instalaciones deterioradas en su interior, tales como: manillas de puertas sueltas ó rotas que impedían poder cerrarlas (caso del baño principal), algún mueble colgado de la pared a falta de anclaje, alguna almohada de cama en estado deplorable, el fregadero y fregaplatos se atascaban constantemente, el tostador de pan, muy deteriorado, hizo que se saltaran los plomos al conectarlo, hay grasa acumulada en la cocina y falta de colgadores de toallas en los baños. Por otro lado, la cubertería y menaje básicos son muy escasos: hay muy pocos cubiertos para 6 personas, vasos y platos justos, no hay mantel, trapos de cocina muy gastados y sucios, faltaban fundas de un par de almohadas que cogimos del colgador, no dispone de secador, rollos de papel higiénico y servilletas justas... Durante la estancia contactamos con la responsable que nos recibió a nuestra llegada para pedirle un secador de pelo (principalmente porque viajábamos con 2 niñas pequeñas y llovía) y nos dijo que el que tenían l habian robado, pero se comprometió a traer uno nuevo y nunca lo hizo. En resumen, el alojamiento no ha cumplido ciertos requisitos mínimos necesarios y acordes a lo publicado, lo que supone que el precio aplicado no se corresponda con el servicio en este caso.

Piso destrozado

Lo primero es decir que si vas con carros de niños no hay llave para acceder por la rampa así que toca subir por las escaleras.Después la habitación según entras no tenia luz estaba fundida,la otra lampara que tenía parpadeaba,las camas no coincidían con las medidas que me dijo a parte que son incomodidimas por no hablar de las almohadas,no hay armarios más que en una de ellas y la persiana de esa habitación cierra fatal.El baño pequeño la puerta pega con el bater y apenas se entra,el otro baño no tiene manilla y si cierras la puerta no se puede abrir.La lampara del pasillo entre habitaciones está medio colgando a punto de caerse.Lo que menos nos gustó que en mitad de nuestra estancia sin estar en el alojamiento vinieron a llevarse una mesa entraron y cambiaron muebles y demás,eso me pareció fatal.La cocina es muy pequeña solo hay espacio para 1 y apenas tiene cubiertos y para cocinar.El garaje la plaza es aleatoria cuando llegas aparcas donde hay hueco y son unas plazas bastante malas.
