NICE STUDIO MADRID CENTRE SOL

Beautiful studio located in the heart of Madrid. Next to the Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor.
Completely renovated in a charming building that has been totally rebuilt five years ago. Unique in the center of Madrid with a large pool in a spacious backyard.
The study consists of an open feel spacious loft where the kitchen and dining room. Here is the living room with a sofa bed for two people and a bed. The studio is fully equipped.
It is a comfortable, warm studio with lots of natural light and quiet as it is located in the building, no noise from the street. People living in this building is very friendly with their neighbors, so you'll be in a very quiet (no noise, no hassle, in the center of Madrid). You can walk to all sites of interest: tourism, cultural and gastronomic city, without having to take any public transport.
The most important museums of Madrid: El Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen, Caixa Forum etc. As the Madrid de los Austrias neighborhood of the letters, the market of San Miguel, the market for the trail, you can visit Retiro Park a short stroll. The studio is located in the most strategic site and better communicated of Madrid, in every way, whether on foot or with the many public transports that has a few meters.
Also, it belongs to a very safe area of ​​central Madrid. There are four major supermarkets within a five minute walk from the apartment. You can get directly from the airport or from the train station (Atocha) to metro stations, (sun, Tirso de Molina and La Latina.) That are within a hundred meters away.
You please be polite and respect the rules of coexistence during the stay in the study. Parties are banned, or noise after hours.

Perfect apartment in central Madrid

Jose, the manager of this property, was great. Called him on the way to the flat from the airport. It was early in the day so he directed the taxi driver to his house, so we could store our luggage. Turns out his place is only 50 meters from our booked rental. The flat was ready in a couple of hours and we were quickly situated. The location is unbelievably perfect. Only steps from Plaza Jacinto de Benevente ( the center of Madrid). Grocery stores, convenience stores, and more within a few steps. Great security, clean, functiuonal, and reasonable. What more could you ask for!! This is the best of the accomodations we have found in our numerous trips to Madrid. We will be back to stay in one of the flats that Jose manages on our next trip. Thumbs up in every category for this apartment and its manager.

Great location, room for improvement...

The good was the area was fantastic! We walked everywhere, restaurants, museums, shopping, and the train station. We had initially preferred to be on the other side of Calle de Atocha, but this location turned out to be better for us. Really, a terrific location. Jose was welcoming, allowing us to get in to the apartment early, making sure we knew where the grocery store was, bringing extra towels within the hour, and cautioning us about pickpockets. He was right across the street, and made himself available if we needed him, so that was great. There were a couple of disappointments in the apartment itself. The bed is past due for replacement. A new mattress is definitely required, unless you like soft and sagging. Sheet and duvet cover could also could be replaced with a new set of crisp fresh linens. The real problem was the general uncleanliness. Nothing glaring on inspection,, but dust all over the tv and desk. I sponged down the kitchen cupboards and counter because of the stains and streaks, the baking sheet wasn't clean and had to be scrubbed. The worst was the bathroom. Again, fine on initial inspection, but when I got into the shower I was up close and personal with the soap scum on the shower wall and door, both inside and out. The bathroom should be sparkling, squeaky clean. Absolutely no excuse for it not to be, especially since we paid a separate cleaning fee. Jose, fire the cleaner, or if you do it yourself, you need to hire a professional! We're not inexperienced renting vacation apartments, but this is the only one that wasn't clean, to the point I would not recommend it to a friend. Three stars are for the location and ease of dealing with Jose, but I would not return because of the clean issues. I would have preferred not to write a critical review, this was such an easy fix.

En cuanto al anfitrión muy educado, con disponibilidad absoluta a nuestras necesidades y requerimientos. Allanó todas nuestras dudas. Nos explicó con amabilidad todo el funcioamiento de los artefactos electricos. Nos dejó sus teléfonos ante cualquier problema que se nos pudiera presentar. Nos aconsejó sobre los lugares , como museos, mas cercanos. Teniendo en cuenta que hemos estado en otros departamentos, queremos resaltar que nunca nos sentimos tan cómodos y bién tendidos

Small but very well kept, comfortable, and perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. Jose was so helpful and welcoming. The apartment was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see/do in Madrid. Apartment was very small, but very clean and cozy. Only slight complaint was the shower being so tiny. It was hard to move in it without hitting the faucet. Perfect for anyone who wants a great location for a great price. We would definitely stay here again.

Efficace e funzionale

alloggio perfetto, piccolo, ma adatto a 2-3 persone. pulito e rifornito, la sua posizione centrale offre la possibilità di scoprire la città in ogni direzione, essendo situato in un posto strategico. grazie a josè che ci ha dato libertà assoluta di movimento e ci ha accolto anche prima del dovuto, non lasciandoci per strada con i bagagli per più di mezza giornata.

Tolle Lage, dafür auch sehr ruhig. Sauber. Schönes kleines Apartment. Über die Küchenausstattung kann ich nichts sagen, da wir nicht gekocht haben. Sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Vermieter.
