The apartment is located on the 2nd (real) floor by stairs.

The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries that will fulfil your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has two single beds, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This flat offers a perfect blend of central convenience and local tranquility. Just minutes from Gran Vía, Malasaña, and multiple metro stops (Callao 7´), it’s ideal for exploring Madrid. The neighborhood is known for its cultural venues, cozy cafés, and boutique shops. Safe and walkable, it combines historic charm with a modern, creative vibe. A great base for both relaxing and discovering the city's highlights.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Opera, is just a 3-minutes walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: Provided free of charge upon request for stays of 10 nights or more (includes towels and sheets).
