Very disorganized, long waits
Very disorganized. I had to wait for 30 minutes just for someone to let me in, one couple was waiting for over one hour. One person finally comes in and we as a group walk to one area of apartments and then we waited another 30 minutes before walking another 20 minutes to another apartment area. Then when we get to the other apartment area the key wasn't working because she took us to the wrong apartment. Then we finally get to the correct apartment. Once we got to the apartment, it was very clean and the stay was nice. It was just terrible customer service and very disorganized. I would not recommend them.

LA PEOR OPCIÓN QUE PUEDEN TOMAR
Todo un show esta reserva. En primera porque no tienen la preparación respecto al srrvicio al cliente, el check in era a las 3 y los responsables llegaron 5:30 pm, el numero que tiene en esta aplicación no está correcto, ni el agente de Hotels ni nosotras teníamos forma de comunicarnos. El baño se inundaba, no nos dieron mas que 1 almohada y dos toallas, nada de cobijas ni nada. El servicio deplorable, a la hora que llegamos se estaba limpiando la habitación apenas, De verdad que ha sido la peor opcion que pude haber tenido
