It is a typical Holiday Inn. I rated 4 stars due to the complications at check-in. First room given had unmade beds. The new room (2nd), the door lock was glitchy and i was forced to make 2 return trips to the front desk. A 4th attempt was successful and I entered the room and rested well.

The staff is wonderful. Devin at front desk was very courteous and helpful. The bartender was fabulous. The hotel is short staffed, so manager needs to hire more help.
