Gîte du Baril is a former detached family home, renovated in 2025, located near the owners' farm (dairy cows/milk processing - visits possible), 30 km from the beaches of Pornic and 40 km from Nantes.

Private parking on the property (garage + carport).

Terrace and enclosed garden of 150 m² (southeast facing).

Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto a living/dining room with a wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (160x200 cm bed) with en-suite shower room/WC, separate WC and laundry room.

First floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 with washbasins (1 and 2: two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined together, 3: two 80x200 cm beds that can be joined together), shower room and separate WC. Amenities included: Wi-Fi/fiber optic internet, crib/high chair/baby bath, clothes dryer, pod coffee machine (Dolce Gusto).
