They said they couldn’t move the date (didn’t want a refund) as the hotel was full and they have turned bookings down because the hotel was full.. but we checked online and there were rooms still available so they hadn’t turned business down! We lost a few hundred pounds!

Very convenient for touring around Fylde coast. Room smaller than anyicipated. Shower over bath-no hand rail to get into bath or hold onto for a shower.

Loved the sea view from the room. Staff we very helpful. A special mention should go to Lily who served us in the restaurant on Tuesday evening. Nothing was too much trouble and she served us with a smile. She was exceptional.

The outlook , overlooking the estuary , worth the extra for 'sea view' room . Staff were excellent , especially the supervisor George , taking his time to engage in conversation with us .
