Raised ground floor (7 stairs): living room, lounge area, kitchen area, WC (washbasin). Tumble drier. Upper floor: bedroom (2 single beds OR 160 x 190cm bed), small sleeping area outside the bedroom (single bed), bathroom. Outdoors: terrace, shared shady garden with grassy area, car port. Ideal for business trips or holidays to explore the city of LYON. Charge for pet: 7€/day.
