You will discover a charming little studio of 26 m² in a typical historic building in the heart of Old Lyon.
It consists of a lounge area with HD TV and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a dining table with chairs for 2 people. Next door, separated by a door, is a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the Mezzanine, accessible via a staircase, there is a comfortable 140*190 bed and a wardrobe. Located on the 1st floor without elevator, very quiet as it overlooks the interior of the property.

Ideal for a stay to discover the city, or for a business trip.

WIFI available, sheets and towels are included. Courtesy items are available (pasta, rice), as well as a Traveler's Guide which will give you all the information about the apartment (wifi code, instructions) and good addresses in Lyon.

Entry into the premises is by appointment with a person from your team who will introduce you to the apartment, and this is possible between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. at no extra cost, with an additional charge after 8 p.m.

For long stays, our dedicated team will have to access the apartment for a full cleaning every 2 weeks (already included in the price paid) in accordance with our rental conditions, with a time slot defined in advance with the traveler. It is a compulsory cleaning for your comfort and to maintain the apartment at its best, thanks for your understanding.

For any additional cleaning other than those planned: supplement of 45E per cleaning.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18E (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

In the case of a late checkin (after 8PM), supplementary fees will apply and will have to be paid to the person meeting you at our apartment.
From 8PM to 10PM : 20E
From 10PM to midnight : 30E
