Located in the city center of Lyon, close to the Saxe Gambetta metro, near Place Bellecour and all shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants, ...)

On the 3rd and last floor of an old building, this studio "L'ENDROIT" has just been refurbished; it has a contemporary decoration, it is colorful and bright; I will welcome you with pleasure for your business trips, studies, tourism or others.

The studio is equipped with a double bed and a sofa with 2 single pull-out beds (therefore 4 people max), a functional kitchen and equipped with a refrigerator, hotplates, host, dishes, microwave, coffee maker , kettle and washing machine.
In the bathroom, you will find a beautiful Italian shower, a bathroom cabinet and toilet.
There is also a large storage cupboard, a decorative fireplace, a flat screen TV, a very pleasant little balcony, a ceiling fan for the hot summer weather, and blackout blinds for the nights!
and of course WiFi internet !!
Bedding and towels will be ready upon arrival.
Arrivals can be made at any time of the day, including at night!

The accommodation is unique because:
- it is very well maintained and I make improvements as and when comments from guests,
- I try to be reactive quickly to any technical problems that you may encounter during your stay (but everything works on your arrival),
- my sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels are washed in a 100 ° launderer, no risk of contamination,
- each time a guest leaves, a rigorous cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products and bleach,

The little extra:
- other flat just beside which you can rent for a week for friends or family,
- I can help you during your short stay in this apartment to then find your future house or apartment in Lyon as part of a longer rental or purchase

Nice Lyon apartment

Rented this apartment for several months. Great location and nice fully équipped apartment. There were a few minor issues we discovered at the beginning of stay (e.g. low lighting and broken lighting) but the landlord addressed these promptly. Only downside was the 4 flights of stairs.

Perfect location to Discover Lyon!

We were in Lyon for 7 days for the women’s World Cup July 1-7 2019 finals week. *great location where we wanted to be. Super close to EVERYTHING *very small flat. Pictures gives you an impression of maybe little bigger. But Emilie did warn us how small the flat was for 4 people. And we already knew that. But we did make it work. *perfect for couples or work trips. * Emilie is AMAZING! she is extremely fast to respond to ANYTHING you need. We stayed during the heatwave hit Europe and there is no AC anywhere. She was willing to buy an extra fan for us. She is really sweet smart mother of 3 girls. She is there to make sure your trip is enjoyable. * Bring your shampoo and conditioner with you. Only soap was provided. * we didn't cook but there is kitchen. Not fully equipped kitchen. But you have to get every little essentials like salt and pepper. This didn’t bother us bc we didn’t cook. * overall I highly recommend this place/Emilie!
