Completely renovated, very quiet, located at the crossroads of Provence, Ardeche and Languedoc. Located in the Basses-Cévennes, in a small hamlet very quiet, in the countryside near Lussan. It is 7km from "La Roque sur Cèze" (and waterfalls "Sautadet"), 9km from Goudargues (the "Venice Gardoise"), 20km from Uzès and Barjac, 40km from Nîmes and Avignon. It offers comfort, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, 1 fridge and 1 freezer, food processor, ...). Accommodating up to 10 people, the house has 4 bedrooms. Een rustige en ruime locatie
Een hele fijne week gehad in mooi groot huis met een unieke tuin. Alles was aanwezig en snelle correcte communicatie met Nathaly. Dank voor alles! Helaas geen winkeltjes dichtbij, maar dat wisten we en hebben we rekening mee gehouden i.v.m. de boodschappen. Mooie wandeltocht naar Lussan gemaakt. Prachtig!

Vacances au calme
Si vous avez besoin de calme, de campagne, d après-midi tranquille au bord de la piscine d espace n hésitez pas ! Un peu loin des courses 20mn environ mais 2 frigos permettent de s organiser. Visites intéressantes mais la voiture est indispensable, balades à pied en campagne aux alentours possibles. Le côté négatif sont les chambres à l étage très chaudes et accessibles par des escaliers genre échelle pas facile d accès pour l une d entre elle même en étant agile ! Les salles de bain ne sont pas très agréables.

Situé dans une très belle région, la maison est un peu isolée mais permet d'être au calme (quand le voisin ne fait pas de travaux). Globalement les prestations sont correctes, la maison est grande mais un peu "vieillotte" ce qui nous a amené à certaines déconvenues (fuite d'eau venant du toit, porte de la sdb bloquée...) Par rapport au prix, nous avons été globalement déçus des prestations d'ensemble. La maison nécessiterait quelques travaux pour mériter ses 5 étoiles. A noter que le terrain n'est pas clôturé (nous ne le savions pas) ce qui est un peu compliqué à gérer quand on vient avec des chiens.

Agréable séjour à Lussan
Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Lussan, le grand jardin arboré avec terrasse ainsi que la piscine sont agreables. La cuisine est un peu vétuste et mérite un rafraîchissement. L’une des 4 chambres est située en haut d’un escalier d’accès délicat pour des enfants en bas âge.

Maison accueillante , fonctionnelle et très bien équipée
La maison est accueillante, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Elle est conforme au descriptif et aux photos de l'annonce. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Me JOURET a été très réactive lors de nos échanges par WhatsApp. Nous recommandons ! PS : Je ne sais pas si il s'agissait d'une année particulière et/ou de la présence de nids non traités mais il y avait énormément de guêpes autour de la piscine (une trentaine en même temps). Elles n'étaient pas agressives mais nous avons dû être vigilants suite à la piqure de deux de nos enfants.

Agréable séjour.
Notre semaine s est bien passée dans cette belle maison .Cependant à notre arrivée le ménage avait été survolé .Dommage aussi que le ventilateur du plafond et les spots à l extérieur ne fonctionnaient pas.(difficile de pouvoir gérer pour les propriétaires qui ne sont pas sur place) Le frigo supplémentaire était une bonne idée, je suggère des portes serviettes dans les salles de bains.

Du calme, du calme, du calme.
Belle propriété niché dans les hauteurs de Lussan. Si vous rechercher du calme, celle ci vous conviendra. Très jolie piscine, idéale pour des vacances familiale. Attention tous de même, les premiers commerces ne sont pas à coté (env 20km).

Maison agreable
Nous avons séjourné à 9 dans cette maison. Nous avons apprécié l'espace intérieur et extérieur. La maison est bien entrenue et équipée. Le seul petit détail qui nous a un peu gêné est là taille du frigo (petit) qui n'est pas proportionnel à la capacité d'accueil de la maison. La propriétaire est très réactive aux demandes de renseignements. Je recommande cette location.
