Arriving at the place was not welcoming as the place is hidden with no signage whatsoever. No front desk. Met by a nice gentleman that leads to you to your room. The place surround it was alright but a good walk to see any of the city.

Apartment was full of dust, foot print everywhere, no heating, terrible staff, clock was not working when ask staff replied time is going to change so no need to replace the battery, duvet/blanket was kids size, left over items from last customer, didn’t slept for 2 nights and don’t book this place it’s terrible place. Wire hanging everywhere has safety issue

Needs TLC!

Location is great and the square footage was a nice change. Person met us at the door and showed us to the apartment and was also available to answer any questions we had. Apartment is in poor condition. The kitchen pans and utensils were poor quality and very used. The suite was not clean and needs some TLC. Beds were not comfortable, furniture was broken and falling apart. I would not recommend this location!

This property generally worked well for us. The host was very nice and helpful. The double bed really was just a double, so one of us slept on the couch. Our main complaint was “city view”. I thought that meant a view - it was just straight in to the building across the narrow street. It’s really no view at all. Building is strange - some abandoned rooms. One room that seems to open up to a cave / dark dirt place behind. Pictures showed some sort of outdoor patio, but we never found that.

Cons- The family accomodation not suitable for more than 4 people with a max of 2 adults per stay. The towels were tiny, they were only big enough to wrap around my 5 year old son. The lift in the building was tiny and only big enough for 2 people. Pro-The apartment was easily accessible and the communication was excellent. The supermarkets were the next to the apartment which was great. The walk to the city was easy and close.

Really nice during check-in very helpful. Responsible parking is not included, but it is about $24 CHF to park at the grocery store across the street it gets really busy during rush-hour, but it’s an amazing location

Great communication. Apartment was clean and quiet. Location is within walking distance to all major Lucerne sights and main train station. Three grocery stores within a 2-3 minute walk.

I was a little skeptical about this property after reading some bad reviews but it was an awesome place to stay. It had 2 separate bedrooms which was perfect for 4 people, it had a living area for us to sit and play cards and a kitchen. The grocery store was right across the street so we could pick up sandwiches, snacks and drinks for our daily adventures. My only two pieces of constructive criticism are, put a what’s up phone number outside on the box because lots of people done have data plans and can’t make phone calls and put a mirror somewhere close to a plug in, in the bedrooms. As a woman it’s very hard to use a straightener or blow dryer without a mirror close by and I couldn’t find a plug in the bathroom.
