Fabulous as always!
I’ve stayed several times for work trips and the apartment is always perfect! It’s my favorite place to stay in Lubbock. Very comfy and has everything you need to feel like you are at home. I can’t wait to go back! The hosts are absolutely wonderful!

Best VRBO Ever!
We've stayed in over 25 VRBO's since 2001 and this one checked all the boxes. Clean, roomy, comfortable beds, welcoming items scattered throughout the rooms, easy to locate, quiet, priced right, easy entry/exit protocols and did I mention clean! I found myself having to ask multiple questions before arrival (because our plans and number of guests changed several times) and always received prompt, informative replies every time. I really appreciate Chris' patience with me. You cannot find a better place than this in Lubbock. And, to add to our great pleasure we found fabulous BBQ at Evie Mae's BBQ (217 US-Hwy 62 in Wolfforth) very nearby. Best Texas BBQ according to Texas Monthly and they are right on about that! Chris has nailed hosting and deserves all the high ratings he is getting. We will be back.

Spacious Beauty Too Comfortable to Leave
Our first stay in this place was above expectations! We stayed with my sister and her husband to visit our kids for Family Weekend at Texas Tech. This place is in a safe location in a very nice, well kept and lit, high end apartment complex in an up and coming part of Lubbock which was quiet and comfortable. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and is a great place to hang out with my husband, sister and brother-in-law. Decor was beautiful and everything was clean and organized. Even though this is not walking distance to campus, we found the location to be very convenient to shopping and dining; close enough to get to campus quickly, far enough to avoid the crowds during Family Weekend. Checking in and out was easy, but we hated to leave. Chris is a great host who checked in on us regularly to make sure we had what we needed. Looking forward to enjoying this place on our next trip!

I had my parents with me and myself and husband for my sons graduation. Super cute condo within 10 mins from Texas Tech more in the suburbs close to Teddy Jacks. Would recommend again and loved that it was on the bottom floor perfect from my mom who can not get up stairs very well.

Fantastic stay
We had a great stay this weekend! The apartment is clean and perfect for our family of 4. We especially appreciated the two full bathrooms! It is very conveniently located to anything we needed and to Tech. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Apartment Complex
Apartment was very nice and everything worked perfectly. There is a very nice pool and workout room onsite as well. Good location to the golf course we were playing. Would stay again. Appreciated the snack basket - nice touch!
