The staff was outstanding. The best. The room was the worse I’ve seen. The view was great. But no hot water. No hand soap. It was dirty. The cupboard doors were hanging off the hinges. The room door couldn’t be properly secured. The toilets would not flush properly. It’s too bad because the hotel had so much potential. The staff was amazing. But it was literally the worse hotel I stayed in.

The staff were all great. We had a free upgrade which was nice but the condos are a little dated and could use some upgrades. Housekeeping was good. Happy hour was also good and gave you a chance to meet other guests many that were long time return guests.

This hotel was just awful, ran down & in very poor conditions! The area is not safe. The staff was courteous & tried to make up for it not their fault. The owner needs to be made responsible, it is literally falling apart! I was only there one night and I would like to request a refund. Nothing positive to say.

This was a good solid place to stay. It met all the expectations. It was very clean in the room and around the resort. Room was as pictured. View wonderful. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was a quiet resort and I enjoyed the free welcome party, the wine and cheese party---both with singers and the karaoke. Water aerobics was great. Restaurant food was good and the store on premises was very convenient . Mostly an older crowd. You should probably rent a car to get around although you could walk restaurants and stores --one about a km and the other just half that. Helpful staff arranged an extra couple of nights due to flight cancellation and also helped with taxi service.
