Good location but needs work
My family and I stayed here for Christmas. We were sold on a 5 bedroom villa. When we arrived we came to find out it was really 4 bedrooms with the last bedroom being literally being a utility closet. The room in question was not clean, had a random fridge in there with very a small bunkbed (could barely open the door) and was not mentioned on the ad when I booked. We were very disappointed as my kids did not want to spend their Christmas holiday in a room like that! Anyway the host was very responsive and fixed the ad and sent the cleaner to try and make it right but they still ended up on the sofa. All in all the property is nice but very outdated and not worth what we paid! I also want to point out that it’s ‘self catering’ exact words used by the host (not mentioned in ad) and everything you use is not replaced eg. toilet paper/paper towels/garbage bags etc… and cleaning is not included even though we paid a cleaning fee. Just little things that should have been mentioned prior so we could have planned for that. The host ended up sending the cleaner to replace the toilet paper etc… as we were on vacation and had no way to get these items. I’m especially writing this so the owner can get their act together. Charging this much $ you need to have certain things in order and they were not… The backyard is the best part of this villa! Gorgeous view of ocean and private.
