"Room was still being cleaned when we arrived. The mop, no bucket took all of 30 seconds as did the vacuum. The room was cold with one small semi functioning heater, if the fan was on 3, it kept shorting out. Sky tv wouldn’t work. Bed was low and mattress sagged at the edges. Would not recommend."
