The whole upper level of this beautiful residential home is for you to relax and enjoy! This home is nestled in a small residential community about 25 minutes from the large towns of Eugene and Springfield, Oregon. We hope you'll enjoy sipping coffee on the balconies, lounging and laughing in the large living space full of natural light, or cozying up in a comfortable bed in a minimalist bedroom. This home is for sale. No showings will take place during your stay.
This top floor unit is a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of every day life! The space has an open floor plan with a large master bed/bath, and a small den that serves as a second bedroom. Cherry hardwood floors and large windows make the place feel full of light and cozy all at once. Two balconies overlook a forested hillside with peekaboo views of Dexter Lake. There is also a front porch where guests can enjoy watching hummingbirds zoom in and out around the flowers and shrubs in the landscaped front yard. The home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood.
