We got in very late but were greeted by the sweet and amazing Maddy! We also sadly had to leave early in the morning, but our short stay was very cozy.

Stayed here before that room was great that’s why I came back. This time the room is horrible stains on the wall, wall paper peeling, a/c/heater sounded like it has marbles in it. Mini fridge never got cold no microwave. When I checked in the staff was great. I’ll say something when I check out. Disappointed….

The front desk staff were extremely friendly. We found cleaning rags on one of the beds and there was a lot of hair in the tub. We were concerned about the railroad that ran close to the property, but we were tired and only heard trains a couple of times through the night.

Didn’t like the proximity to the active freight train line. Carpet seemed to have a residue on it - possibly from cleaning. Sink tap handle was loose and had to fiddle with it to change water temperature.

Front desk clerk rude

Check in was a nightmare with an extremely rude front desk clerk. She turned a small miscommunication problem regarding what forms of payment they accept into a major ordeal. A simple we don’t take Apple Pay would have sufficed. Not who I would want representing my company. So my initial impression was that this hotel was not welcoming in the least. The room was decent as was the pool. We had no further problems during the rest of our stay.
