Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The smart knob at the entrance to the property was hard to use. There were no instructions on how to use the "smart knob." Over the course of our stay, the handle on the other side of that same door, fell off. If there had been an emergency or a fire, getting out of there would have been distressing.The stairwell was dark, smelled of mildew and hadn't been swept or cleaned in a while. The owner asked us to clean the apartment before we left, but there was no broom, dustpan, paper towels or additonal trash bags. Whomever makes the bed, didn't change the sheets because there was hair on the sheets and we had just arrived. I am sure this won't make the owner happy, but imagine our disappointment. No stars.
