"Amazing property , everything was perfect and as described. There was lots of room for 6 adults and a dog. The house and annex were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with the added bonus of having herbs and spices available to use. The star of the show was the large garden with its stunning views of the dunes and the sea from the decking area. There were lots of lovely plants that my husband tried to keep alive by watering . There were also shaded areas to sit when the sun got too hot. I have to mention the great price of the property, I had originally been looking in other parts of Norfolk but my daughter found this one which was far cheaper than ones I had found. The beaches were beautiful and we enjoyed a beach walk to beautiful a winterton stopping at the seal cafe for Norfolk shortbread and coffee. Lots of good pubs and restaurants nearby as well. It was a great base to explore the rest of Norfolk from including Wroxham, Sheringham , Cromer, Wells next the sea , Norwich and a boat trip on the Norfolk broads. We went back to our childhoods with crazy golf in Hemsby and arcades in Great Yarmouth. A fabulous holiday"
