Everything about this hotel was perfect. The staff members provided an excellent service, they were all very friendly and helpful. The bell man who coordinated our transportation was simply amazing, his name is John. He’s the happiest and most friendly staff member. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

I took my girlfriend for her 50th birthday. We stayed on the adult side. The best part of the hotel was the boat in the lobby that went straight to flamingo beach. The casino was small but adequate. We were there during carnival and the hotel was extremely understaffed. We waited nearly an hour for a waiter to come take our food order by the pool and it wasn’t after till I had to find a manager. The adult side has a small pool with not nearly enough chairs for its guest. The gym was in the other renaissance hotel which is about 3-4 blocks away. We didn’t find much entertainment at the hotel and spent most of our nights at palm beach. We would not stay at the property again and would prefer a hotel with an ocean view, easy beach access and near palm beach.

My stay at the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort was honestly very disappointing. The biggest issue was the staff attitude and service quality throughout the property. The pool staff in particular were mostly rude, unwelcoming, and often condescending. There were long waits just to be acknowledged, take an order, or receive service, and it often felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than welcomed. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. Our room was rarely cleaned properly unless I called to request it, and even then the cleaning felt rushed and incomplete. At the restaurants, staff were not helpful in explaining how reservations worked and were very abrupt in their responses, simply saying they were fully booked without offering guidance or alternatives. There was very little hospitality or warmth overall. As someone who travels often and is used to high-quality service, this was one of the weakest service experiences I’ve had at a resort hotel. Based on service alone, I would not recommend this property. I’ve received far better hospitality and customer care in places like Mexico and the Dominican Republic, along with comparable or better beaches. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations at all.

The entire staff was so nice and very helpful! The food was amazing! We entire resort (adult side) as well as the family side were wonderful! The ferry over to Flamingo Island and the Island itself was also wonderful. The room was very clean, well stocked and just like the pictures. We highly recommend this resort. We will be back!!

Staff was amazing. Food was great. All inclusive is the way to go. The only gripe I have is that I initially had booked a sweet on the Ocean Side not realizing it wasn’t the adults only side. When I checked in I was able to switch to the adults only side but the room I booked initially was way nicer than the room they put us in, which was ultimately my choice to switch. But I thought I’d at least get a comparable room. Which I did not.

Clean room, friendly staff, master room and living room with pullout are nicely separated. Shower nice. We were given a room facing pool (upgrade without asking). Love Renaissance Island. Pools with service are outstanding.
