The property was great, the views incredible. The outdoor amenities were cool, but the weather kept us inside for the most part, except we did use the hot tub which was lovely in the rain. Hosts were great, responsive to our requests and offered great insights on the area. We will be back!

Our son was getting married at the Adamson House on the beach just off PCH so we rented this beautiful villa for 12 family members to stay for the wedding weekend. It was a beautiful and relaxing place with plenty of room for all of us to sleep, eat, and get ready for our various events. It was a bit overcast during most of our stay but when it did clear up the views were spectacular. It was cozy and comfortable since we were all family. The drive up and down to PCH was a mountain road and a bit challenging, but after doing it a couple times was no problem. The Host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. We only had three nights and wedding activities to attend to, so we didn't get to experience all the nice amenities offered, but we would definitely stay here again for sure.

We husband and I had a family reunion/celebration and the stay was fantastic. The property was beautiful and well kept. There was nothing missing we saw or was described in the photos everything was exactly as they display it which is always a plus. All in all everything was amazing and my family is now planning another trip back.

We had an amazing time at the house. The views are spectacular! The house was super clean and beds comfortable. Plenty of kitchen amenities, perfect for cooking, BBQing and relaxing for our weekend away on the 4th. Beautiful location with awesome amenities

We were here for a relaxing bachelorette and had a great stay. The views were absolutely beautiful and the property had every amenity you can think of and more- from hot tub, sauna to even a popcorn maker and karaoke machine. The host was communicative and provided great information and directions about the area. The drive in was a bit steep and Ubers had some trouble finding us but it was worth it for a relaxing mountain experience.

What an absolutely incredible place to stay! So many spots to enjoy the beautiful ocean and mountain views and a truly comfortable home. The communication was the best I've ever experienced, and we were given great recommendations for restaurants and experiences while in Malibu. Would absolutely recommend!!!

Great vacation stay

We loved our stay at the villa. We chose this for our cousins' get-together. We were all adults. There were enough beds and 3 bathrooms in the house. Views are phenomenal. The place was comfortable with a room upstairs for TV and games, etc. There is a 15 min drive up and down the mountain but my cousins managed it easily. We went down to the stores when needed, and ordered food from Uber Eats - did not have any issues. I definitely recommend the place!

Beautiful Place

We were celebrating my daughter graduating Grad School and my son's 19th birthday. This was one of the best experiences and hands down we would stay here again. The host was amazing and even gave us catering choices for their dinner.

The most serene & beautiful location!

This stay was amazing, the location is more remote and quiet than most. The views are stunning. Plenty of activities to keep everyone busy and entertained. Kitchen has everything you need and could think of. The owner communicates very quickly and was very accommodating! We wish we could have stayed longer, it was one of the best trips we've had!

The most perfect and magical bachelorette party

I have been in contact with Vanessa for a few months prior to staying here. From start to finish she was so helpful in giving us tips about Malibu and answering all of our questions. As for the house itself…I could not have dreamed of a better location. In the beautiful mountains of Malibu, overlooking the coastline with the sounds and smells of nature all around. It was so humbling and glorious to see God’s work on display. It had everything we needed for an amazing party from an Xbox, smart tv, big fridge, jacuzzi, full kitchen, large table, multiple hangout spots, karaoke machine, ice maker, robes, towels, two mini fridges, sleep masks, you name it! If you are thinking of holding a gathering here, do it and before you buy anything, ask Vanessa if she has it already and she probably does! The beds were so comfortable and when it says it sleeps 17, she actually has enough of EVERYTHING for 17 people. I have literally 0 complaints. Everyone enjoyed themselves very much. Thank you so much for the stay Vanessa! I’m off to make more friends so I can throw their bachelorette parties here!
