My wife and I stayed at this property 4/14/26-4/17/26 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The check in process was a breeze, so I’m not sure what other reviews are complaining about. The owner provided extremely detailed instructions, including pictures, to find the property, entering the property on foot/in the car, accessing the garage, accessing the pool, and accessing the unit. The unit was very clean and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was really nice, very clean, and had all the utensils and supplies we needed. The bedroom was cozy and the bed was very comfortable, which is hard to find when staying away from home. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had great water pressure.Washer/dryer worked very well and had a few detergent pods for use. The owner communicated via the app and was very responsive and helpful. Overall a very well thoughtful and nicely prepared unit. I would recommend and stay again. The only inaccuracy with the posting was the location. The address given in the listing was not the address of the building, and therefore the listed nearby amenities were not quite as close. It didn’t really matter for our stay because we weren’t going for the beach, but the beach was a 10 minute drive not a 17 minute walk as the listing stated. However, the building is walkable for many stores, shops, restaurants, and movie theaters and close to major highways so it’s a great location nonetheless.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect and very close to everything we needed. The unit comfortably accommodated our group of three adults and three kids, and the children absolutely loved the pool and hot tub.The check in instructions were detailed, which helped us navigate the building since it can be a little confusing at first. While the beds weren't the most comfortable for us, the space was clean and well kept. Communication was generally good, though there was a slight delay in response on our final morning regarding a building maintenance issue. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a family trip!

My husband, young daughter and I loved our stay here. It was nice having the extra section to have my daughter sleep in. The apartment had everything we needed and it was all so comfortable. We loved the hot tub and heated pool even in the winter. Wish we got to use the gym. We loved the location although I thought it would be closer to the beach. But it’s walking distance to Ralph’s and to many restaurants and about half a mile from some nice restaurants right next to the marina. It’s next to a bike trail that goes around the marina. It’s runnable to Venice Beach but wouldn’t walk it, but the bus is so convenient, about half a mile away. Would recommend the farmers market on Saturday at mother’s beach with a playground on a nice calm beach!We would definitely stay here again.
