staff was rude I pay for deluxe room they give me the regular one I made a complaint about it they kind rude change my room but there’s no microwe also found a cockroach close to the bed poor service but thank you for let me stay.

The room is nice but the WiFi is terrible. The TV always freezes. There’s also no hot water in the shower. Next door someone staying there blasting music all day long. Also met the owner and he’s unprofessional and rude also lying that didn’t pay security deposit when paid cash also charging for ridiculous fees that is not acceptable due to circumstances.

Staff was terrible. Did not even have our room ready and overall the place is garbage. Needs to be investigated and taken down. Stay far away from here. Human trafficking posters on their bulletin in the lobby. TERRIBLE

The room was horrible. It had cockroaches. They gave me no sheets or covers for the bed. The matches was really dirty. When I complained to the staff they said that because I got it through this app that they gave us the worst room because it’s discounted price horrible experience would not recommend to anybody

If I could 0 stars I would!! They are false advertising! the rooms don’t look like the picture, they gave us a room with MOLD!! It was all over the bathtub as well, we stayed next to a family living next door they were screaming we woke up at 8:30 AM because they wouldn’t let us sleep after that honestly don’t book here !!

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen, the towels had someone else's hair on them, the bathroom was not clean, I even had the police catch the bad guys in the room next to me, the neighborhood is obviously not safe and will never stay again.

I felt so unsafe it was bad. I only took it for like 23 hours too many gang related people there too much noise. A lot of people doing drugs did not feel safe at all. Left within a few hours bad experience.
