Villa VB55: diseño moderno

De nueva construcción en 2017, la villa VB55 toma sus señales de diseño de su estructura simple A-Frame. La estructura asimétrica está revestida de ipe rubio y aluminio. Las paredes blancas y limpias y los pisos de concreto dominan el interior, afirmando aún más la agenda minimalista de la casa. Las ventanas de piso a techo bañan el interior con luz natural y dejan entrar la fresca brisa del océano.

Diseñado y construido por nosotros en 2017. Esta casa de 1000 pies cuadrados cuenta con modernos muebles de diseño en todo el increíble espacio de vida interior / exterior. Este es un vecindario muy familiar, y convenientemente ubicado cerca de la playa, Abbot Kinney, y todas las cosas divertidas que Venecia tiene para ofrecer.

Is it okay if we move in?

Our stay at Jade’s place is Venice Beach was an absolute dream. From the thoughtful welcome guide, to the awe-inspiring home design, we felt right at home and in the presence of a gracious, considerate host. Every detail was considered… the house was perfectly appointed. Our only disappointment was packing up to leave, we wish we could have stayed for much longer. Beautiful home & wonderful host!

I cannot say enough nice things about our stay here, and especially about the host, Jade! This was, hands down, one of the best vacation rental experiences and homes I’ve stayed in. The house is beautiful, sunny, comfortable, and fully stocked with amenities. The outdoor space is equally lovely and perfect for young kids (and adults!). Jade was an amazing and kind host, answered all of our questions, and prepared the house for our kids. 11/10!

Best Vacation Ever

Stayed in this aesthetic home with four adults and one 3 1/2 year old child. The layout is spacious and the window placement allows for lots of natural light, but still allows for privacy since there is a high gate and trees from the laneway entrance. The location was great - easy access to Venice and the surrounding area. The home is spotless and filled with interesting books, and lots of toys and blankets! Jade was so wonderful; we really can't thank her enough for her hospitality. She went above and beyond (great conversation, thoughtful during our stay, fresh baked bread, a nice little gift for the 3 1/2 year old). This was the perfect landing pad for our first group trip together and we will definitely come back.

The best!

Such a gorgeous, perfect place! Appreciated the layout and design details, all so well thought out. Comfortable, welcoming and so very clean. Quiet, safe neighborhood, and a convenient location for our couple days in Venice. Check in was easy breezy (and came complete with step by step photo visuals). The parking spot was such a bonus despite being uber tight (but once you get it, you've got it). Couldn't have found a nicer place, thanks so much! Looking forward to booking with you again.

Perfect Stay!

Our stay was perfect! Jade was so helpful during the entire process and we greatly appreciated all the thoughtful touches to make us and our child feel welcome. The home is a modern gem and the location is perfect - close to many great restaurants. The yard has great space to enjoy the outdoors and for kids to play. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very modern and lots of books of architecture and art are dispersed. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything was clean. Check-in was very easy and the owners were very friendly. We would love to come back one day!

We’ll be back!

This property was stunning, and the hosts/owners thought of every detail. The space is clean, accurately photographed, and we especially liked having private off-street parking. Jade was lovely and came to greet us when we arrived, but provided us with privacy during our stay. Like the other reviews - their pet tortoise was definitely a highlight. Next time we’re in LA we’ll be trying to stay here again!

Comfort, Convenience and A+++ Hosts

Stayed at this beautiful property with my husband and 2 adult daughters when dropping my youngest off at college. The home was clean, comfortable, bright, well equipped, private, secure and spacious. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and very responsive. Can’t say enough good things!

Magical Spot

The photos don’t do it justice. This place is so great. Every detail has been considered, down to the perfect bottle opener. Jade was gracious and available, but had total privacy. My kids fell in love with the yard and the giant Tortoise who lives on property. Comfy, modern luxury.

Best VRBO Ever!

We've stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years and this one will be hard to beat. Everything is well thought out and designed on the property. It is very family friendly inside and out. You will enjoy playing in the backyard surrounded by fruit tress and a super fun pet (I won't give away the surprise). Communication with the owners is a breeze and you feel like you've gained a new friend at the end of your stay.

A Perfect Getaway

Everything was perfect with this property; a perfectly designed small second house in a quiet residential neighborhood in Venice. Awesome modern house in a very cool location

We loved the feel of the house- everything is perfectly designed from the huge windows to the compact and complete kitchen to each item careful curated for the space. We walked to Abbott Kinney and to the shops along Lincoln. This house is in the heart of everything and is still very quiet and private. The light is amazing and while the square footage sounds small it feels very spacious. We went with two adults and two teenagers and felt like we all had plenty of space.
