I had an excellent stay here over the weekend and would absolutely recommend it. The amenities werethoughtfully set up, clean, and exactly what I needed for a comfortable visit. We had an excellent experience at this property. The home was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. It was the perfect spot for us as it is extremely close to Pasadena. We came from San Diego to volunteer to work on the rose bowl parade float for the San Diego Zoo Safari Park float. I would definitely stay here again!

PROS: Convenient location, nice kitchen and bathrooms, secure parking, relatively quiet neighborhood. CONS: Disturbing water hammer issues, bedroom cluttered with furniture made moving around it difficult if not hazardous. Not much living room space or furniture: comfortable for 2 people but not sufficient for more than that or with kids.

This spot was wonderful! It is as described and all instructions were clearly provided. The host is responsive, helpful without hovering; the host helped us promptly with the few questions we had, such as parking accommodations:)The unit is spacious, the kitchen well equipped, the washing machine works well and is easily accessible. Amenities for bathroom, kitchen and cleaning items are all available. The unit is located close to churches, restaurants, Costco and more. The Sunday Farmers Market just down the block was a nice surprise! Thank you!

I love it's in a quiet neighborhood within walking distant to all the restaurants on main st, Alhambra. The place is spacious, the bed is comfortable to sleep on. I was confused with the check in at first, but the host did a good job communicating and she is very friendly. I wish we have more than 2 luggage racks or stands because there are 4 people staying and we have four suitcase. The only complain my mom has is the discolor of the floor, she feels the floor is not mop. I don't have any complain and I'm content and satisfy with my stay.

Wow, what can I say and where do I start? The property was amazing. The parking was amazing. Everything was amazing. If I need to go back to that area for anything, I would definitely stay there again. The property had everything I needed and more. It was very comfortable and spacious and it was like home. This was the third time we have stayed in Rita's place. The condo is very clean, in a convenient location, quiet, and spacious. We love it! Great apartment in a very good location

We really enjoyed the condo. The kitchen was very well equipped. Pretty much everything you need to cook meals. It was very, very clean. One of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in. It was also in a very good location, close to a lot of restaurants and bars on main Street and Central to most parts of La. It was also extremely quiet. We would not hesitate to stay here again
