Parking was a bit confusing for me but that was totally not a big deal at all. Communication with our host was amazing. They replied within the hour every time. There was a stain on the mattress when we first arrived but the second I told the host, he had the house keepers come with a new mattress and sheets. There is a bar next door that got a little loud towards the weekend but it wasn’t too loud and I didn’t mind at all. Definitely keeping this place in my back pocket when I have to come back down to SoCal again.

Clean, Comfortable Stay – Smooth Check-In & Great LocationWe had a great experience at this clean and well-kept apartment—perfect for visiting our daughter at UCLA.Check-in and check-out were smooth and well-communicated. The host provided clear instructions with access codes and parking info, making self-check-in easy. Check-out was just as simple, with clear steps and no hassle.The apartment had everything we needed: a full kitchen, small balcony, reliable Wi-Fi, and comfortable furnishings.The location is excellent—walking distance to coffee shops, and just a short drive to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Erewhon. The pet area nearby was also very convenient.UCLA was about 16–20 minutes away by car, depending on traffic. We’d definitely stay here again on future visits.

A nice simple apartment in a great location. Drive times to all the LA attractions we went to were very good. Super close to Culver City restraunts and shops, too.

The apartment is conveniently located and is great base for exploring the city by car. Decent stay and overall was as described online. However, communication with the host is excessive with separate emails/ texts/ app reminders for minor details like parking, license plates, guest checks, pet checks, and check-out.The TV and air conditioner in the living room turned on automatically daily, which was startling the first night. The dishwasher was extremely loud; take care to run it during the day.There was a lingering odor of weed throughout the apartment despite keeping the windows open and using the air purifier.The bed squeaks when you move and there were no additional blankets/ covers provided. There were also no additional towels. Items provided were sparse overall, though this was advertised online. Good location and outdoor patio, but take care to bring everything that you need.

The location was great because it is a 15 min walk to downtown Culver City and a block from a nice park. It is generally quiet and the fan can block out sounds of the street if you are a light sleeper. Parking in the back and was a little tight but if everyone parks in the middle of their spot it works fine. Everything was clean and the property manager was responsive. We would stay here agin when visiting LA.

Culver City Condo

Great location, can be a bit noisy at times but it always subsides quickly. Clean and spacious condo, secure with safe off street parking. Plenty of stores nearby, parks and eateries. Pet friendly and service animals accommodated. I’d stay again.

Great size apt, nice balcony and bathroom accommodations, bed was good. Parking space was hard to access and poles made entering/ exiting vehicle a challenge. Sun beating down on unit kept ac running in afternoon but unit cools off quickly as sun goes down. Noisy location next to blvd and nightclub on corner but not to point of losing sleep. Overall a good stay and acceptable amenities here at a decent price point. I’d stay again.

Nice little place across from Sony Studios

Good location in walking distance from some great shops and restaurants. Apartment was basic but clean. Bed and pillow a little on the hard side. Some noise from the Nextdoor karaoke bar one night - bring some earplugs. We didn’t go into the karaoke bar but reviews say it’s a great little place. Manager was great with communication. Overall a great value!

I needed more than my toothbrush...

Pro: Location was A1. Came for my birthday weekend and always liked the Culver city area.Downside: This is def a cash grab building with minimal attention paid to detail. The unit we received was not the one on the site and it was not clean, at all. We ended up cleaning ourselves bc we figured if it hasn't been done correctly before we came, why request the cleaning to come back. In the kitchen and fridge were food splatters and crumbs. There were wall scuff marks everywhere, shower steam droplets on the walls and ceilings with hair stuck to them. Honestly, it was kind of wild. The windows are single pane so you can hear the street if you're in a front apartment like we were. There's also a bar next door so it can get noisy at night in the weekend but that's whatever.
