When I checked in to my room the it was COLD, they had not attempted to turn on the heat. the smoke detector was chirping, I found 2 floor tiles in the bathroom loose/wobble. We I informed the front desk about the detector & tiles, they did not offer me another room, just said they would see about fixing the detector. also there was no hot water, they had mentioned they were waiting for the plumber. when I returned later that evening the staff told me he would follow me to the room to fix the detector, then was pulled away. when I got into the room the detector had stopped chirping. I called down to inform. no one ever came to check on the floor tiles. it ended up being 3 tiles loose/moving. when I checked out, I was still not offered any discount on that stay or future stay. I would have assumed since I did not make a fuss & put up with the tiles, detector, no hot water, I would have been offered something. Also there was NO Breakfast that morning,,,,,,,,,,

Upon checking in I was impressed with the owner, so visited my son and told him his success story. My son needed to hear that. When we entered the room it was disappointing. Lamps were broke, the chair was broken the middle of the beds were sunk in. My mom and son settled in on the beds. When it was time for bed my son pulled back the sheets to find bed bugs crawling all over. Upon checking the other bed…. Bed bugs. We immediately took photos and went to the front desk. The owners brother was now on duty. Who said these were not bed bugs, and even went as far as to asking if we left the window open..! As we are talking back and forth my son had bed bugs on his shirt! The owners brother didn’t handle this situation correctly. At 100am, Travelocity was not the nicest group to deal with. That will be handled elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN!

The person working at the counter was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable, and thankfully the “non smoking” room didn’t have remnants of past smokers in the room.

Very clean and close to the Interstate.

Was nice hotel, only down side was the continental breakfast was a bit lean. But for the money saved on the room still very much worth it.
