Villa Les Hibiscus is a modern house that is very open to the outside world, combining the charm of wood with a trendy, well-cared-for decoration.
Its warm and design interior makes it a bubble of calm and sharing. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and functional, opening onto a convivial living room, equipped with a modular table and seating for meals, a living room with TV and a wood-burning stove for winter heating.

The bedrooms are functional and comfortable, in a contemporary style. A master suite on the first floor has a 160x190 bed, a shower room and a private toilet, as well as a TV with orange bouquet. Two bedrooms on the ground floor are equipped with pull-out beds that can offer one or two quality beds (80x200 or 160x200), and a single room offers two bunk beds (90x190). A shower room is available on the ground floor as well as a separate toilet.
The large tree-lined terrace is ideal for making the most of the outdoors during convivial meals or moments of relaxation.


## Surroundings

The house is located at the edge of the forest of Longeville which offers pretty walks under the pines, at only 500m from the beach Bouil. You can practice surfing or kite-surfing, but also sailing, at the nearby nautical base of Bouil. A very nice sea view restaurant also welcomes you, with its large terrace on the dune.
We are 1.5 km from the shops of Saint Vincent sur Jard and 3 km from the shops of Longeville sur Mer. Bike rental in Longeville !

Villa les Hibiscus au Bouil

Une déception par rapport à ce logement qui est mal équipé en terme de rangements pour les vêtements. C'est une vrai passoire thermique en été (31 degré dans le logement au rez de chaussée à 22h! et pas de climatiseur ou de ventilateur). Et impossible de trouver un point de fraicheur dans le jardin puisque la terrasse n'est pas ombragée. La table à manger extérieure n'est pas utilisable. En gros ce gîte semble être pensé pour des courts séjours (week-end uniquement) et au printemps/hiver ou automne mais surtout pas en été car le séjour devient vite un enfer! L'accessibilité n'est pas aisée pour les enfants en bas âge et les personnes à mobilité réduite telles que les personnes âgées ou des personnes présentant des troubles moteurs légers car les quelques marches à monter de la terrasse ne sont pas sécurisée et il n'y a pas de garde corps. Un grand merci à l'équipe qui est au petit soin et très réactive. Ce qui a adouci un peu notre séjour d'une semaine dans cette location.

The place to be to visit Vendée

On a adoré notre séjour en Vendée. Même si la houle n'était pas ce qu'on aurait espéré, nous avons pleinement profité de la villa Hibiscus et de sa terrasse. A 4 adultes, chacun avait sa chambre. L'ambiance ''bois'' donne un ressenti d'éco-responsabilité mais surtout un aspect nature & comme chez soi. Pour nous, il manquait uniquement un speakers bluetooth & un blende pour nos petits déjeuners. Oh, et le jardin pourrait utiliser un peu de TLC Tender-Love-Care. Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de retourner l'année prochaine pour notre prochain surf-trip.

Très bien! Belle maison de vacance, bien placée et au calme

2 semaines passées dans cette villa. Le soleil n’était pas trop au rendez-vous cette année mais la maison est très confortable, donc c’est appréciable. Maison propre et correspond au descriptif. Très bon contact avec l’équipe en charge de la maison. Nous recommandons!

Une maison agréable et bien située

Maison spacieuse située à 10min à pied de la plage du Bouil accessible par un chemin forestier (pas praticable en poussette). Terrasse très sympathique, avec bbq et plancha. Salon de jardin confortable malgré une table un peu abîmée. Une rambarde serait bienvenue pour sécuriser la terrasse surélevée pour les enfants. Un ménage de fond n'a pas été fait depuis longtemps, mais la maison était globalement propre à notre arrivée. Dommage que la porte des toilettes ne ferme pas pour une vie en communauté. Équipe sympathique et réactive qui a été accueillante et arrangeante. Une boîte à clé est à disposition, très pratique pour que chacun vive à son rythme en vacances. Commerces accessible à pied (fruits et légumes) et supermarchés à 5min en voiture.

Jolie maison de bois Mais aménagements souhaitables pour améliorer la location et surtout la sécuriser escalier raide à l intérieur alors que l annonce spécifie le plein pied et accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ce pourquoi nous avions choisi ce bien il faudrait aussi spécifier que la jolie terrasse est assez haute et sans rembarde pour des enfants en bas âge . La maison est confortable cependant il Manquait quelques matériels bien utiles(un matelas bébé que nous avons dû acheter à notre arrivée) un panier à couvert manquant dans le lave vaisselle des verrous aux portes un volet ou rideau à la fenêtre de la douche…et un ménage à notre arrivée bien leger mais nous nous en sommes accomodes mais je voulais surtout indiquer que ce type de location convient plutôt à des jeunes à des parents avec ados il y a de jolies balades en vélo à faire et une plage à pied tranquille ce qui est très appréciable le quartier est plutôt calme nous avons eu de bons rapports avec l agence qui a toujours été très réactive

Maison agréable, nous étions à 2. Toutefois, en terme de rangement elle n’est pas faite pour 8 personnes. Cuisine bien équipée. Du bruit certains soirs avec le camping à proximité, nous avons pu participer à distance au karaoke 🤫, nous étions sur place en septembre.

Nous étions deux familles avec enfants en bas âge et avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison ! Le petit chemin forestier pour accéder a la plage nous a charmés, la plage magnifique, grand dépaysement. La maison est tres bien équipée, et très lumineuse. Le poêle a granulés est un vrai plus pour le confort thermique en hiver. Nous gardons l'adresse !

Séjour et gîte agréable

Le gîte était agréable et suffisamment grand pour 8 personnes. Le bémol serait le manque d'une vraie cafetière car ce qui servait de cafetière était pour 3 . Nos appels au loueur pour annoncer quelques soucis en l'occurence la difficulté de fermer la porte d'entrée sont restés sont retour. C'est dommage.

Séjour de 4 jours, parfait pour toute la famille. Maison en bois très sympa avec une jolie terrasse en bordure de forêt et à 500m de la plage. Seul bémol, la grille du barbecue pas vraiment nettoyée à notre arrivé. Mais en dehors de cela, tout les équipements nécessaires même une douche extérieure pour se rincer en arrivant de la plage.

Séjour mitigé

Incompréhension avec l’agence sur l’horaire d’arrivée, nous avons donc fait l’entrée seuls dans la maison, aucun livret d’accueil, pas de code wifi, erreur sur une paire de draps, le ménage est léger, fenêtres et four sales, chaussette et moutons sous le lit. Sinon la maison est agréable, ensoleillée, bien décorée, la cuisine est bien équipée et la literie est confortable.
