Cozy little house
The host was very responsive and kind. The house was ample with 4 bedrooms. The living space was spacious, but furniture was a bit bulky and made the space a little more cramped. It still worked out great for us. The outdoor space was large and would love to rent it again in the summer time.
The house was just the right size for our family of five. The bedrooms were big and the beds were pretty comfy. The kids like the backyard with the trampoline.
The only thing I would say is be aware when you take a bath or shower to let the water run for a while because the pipes make the water yellow until it cleans them out.
Also, the clubhouse is $20 a person per day so it’s a little expensive to use for a family. It would be nice if there were guest passes to use.

Nice home
This is a lovely rustic home with 4 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and nice outdoor space. We came for a ski weekend and it was quite cold out. Camelback is 15-20 minutes away. The living room is very large and did not heat up very well but the bedrooms have thermostats and they can get very warm. There is a fireplace but be prepared to bring your own wood and fire starter. It’s probably nice for a summer getaway.
Never stay there.. Paid Way Too much for Old.. Smelly.. Yellow/Pale color water.. Gas heater.. 1900s Thermostat.. Creaking wood floor.. creepy dolls.. only good thing is Natural lighting from the ceiling.
The layout of this home is cozy for a family and the location/property is great. Some basics were lacking and descriptions were inaccurate, though. The queen beds were actually doubles, and all beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen did not have any kitchen towels and the dish sponge was used, many of the dishes were dirty. In the bathrooms, there were no hand towels, only thin linen napkins. The water in the home was orange (rusty pipes?) and we had no warning about this. No matter how long we ran the water, the water in the baths and showers would turn a dark orange/brown color. Many of the spices in the pantry were expired by nearly 10 years (not expecting these things, but they should be thrown out so someone doesn’t unknowingly use them). Overall, the home was okay but could use some refreshing. Until then, the cost was very high for what was provided.
