"My family of 4 recently enjoyed 3 nights at this beautiful home. The listing and pictures are accurate and the property manager Laura was excellent. When I had any questions, she responded promptly and graciously. The property is clean and had plenty of kitchenware, extra linens and towels and TP. Bring boxes of tissues for those were not provided. Water pressure in the showers are excellent! The pool heater was on from 10AM-8PM which was a nice bonus. The proximity to the beach was the main factor for me choosing this place and it did not disappoint. The beach is essentially private and beautiful. We were also visited by a male and female deer in the marsh by the back patio on multiple occasions and some beautiful birds including a cardinal and red-winged blackbirds. A soft serve ice cream truck stopped by 2x/day as well! The only "negative" is that the washing machine is tucked away in the dining room closet, making it somewhat challenging to unload. The dryer is more easily accessible. This was not a big deal for us. Overall, if you are looking for a clean, well equipped beach front home in an elite, quiet neighborhood, look no further. Thank you Ed and Laura for a great stay!"
