Horrid stay, room next door woke me up midnight playing loud music or asking reception he took a while to sort it and took ages to sleep again, then in morning was locked out of main door as key was faulty and had to ask same guy her help who came without a spare key, had to then go back and kept me waiting, not happy at all and I stay here often !

This is a basic cheap hotel in a convenient location for the Elizabeth Line into London. The room was a good size and generally clean. The en-suite was fine although the shower was a bit temperamental and was not great pressure. I still managed to wash my hair. The mattress on the bed was lumpy and could do with being replaced but I slept well enough. The heater in the room was handy. The breakfast was basic and self-service but very reasonable considering the price paid. It was really handy having the parking outside which meant that I felt my car was fairly safe while I was out and about. All in all, you get what you pay for. This is convenient but basic. I would use it again.

Hi when I entered the room . Very smelly and bed smell . Talk to staff butt they said can t do anything and room very very very hot even not small fan or iarounf rooms so noisy .shouting . And guy laughing loud television staff can’t do anything . My kids and me never ever sleep all night . Like a jail . I personally never ever recommend this hotel and also they take £100 for deposite and give us back 10 working day .another bad point .

Room was in back garden area with no in suite toilet or shower.shower and toilet was outside terrible hotel did not even have a kettle in room or cups one small window with limited air no air conditioning room was very hot with the hot temperatures lately not helpful staff at all one was asked even when checking out today was busy on Mobile phone.

Couldn’t be better

When we went to check in the receptionist said that we can’t stay there cos of maintenance issues so he gave an other hotel Best western. That area is very nice place close to exchange mall. The room was so neat and tidy. But the only problem was you couldn’t take shower cos the water is too hot. My mum needed to go to a party without taking shower. They finally fixed the problem in the evening but I had to check out that day due to I no longer needed a hotel. Otherwise I was happy to stay in the hotel. There was a fan in the room too which was very much handy in need of this summer weather. I thank the hotel for their service too. Thank you very much 😀
