I unfortunately spent 3 years living in temporary accommodation and this hotel clearly houses people in need of temp housing. Room was meant to be superior and it was far from that! Had a random fridge in my room that was too big to fit anywhere! Noisy all night with banging doors and trains. They continuously take preauthorisations for rooms and security deposits that can take up to 5 days to return. States there is parking ?? Yes 3 spaces that were continuously filled not bad as there are 20 rooms. Avoid Avoid avoid

Nice hotel

The hotel is very nice. I do recommend them. However, when I first checked in the man behind the desk was gonna put me in with one bed, which I had paid for two and as it turned out, they gave me a room that was smaller than the one I paid for and only had one double one twin so basically they got the better because they got more money from me but all in all it was OK But I will not go back

I had a mostly good experience at this hotel. The location is excellent – it’s very convenient for both train and bus access, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a few things that could be improved. In my room, there was no bedside lamp, so I had to turn on the main light for the entire room, which wasn’t ideal. The pillow was also quite small and made it difficult to sleep comfortably. One major issue was an alarm that went off early in the morning on one of the days, which was very disruptive. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for the location and service, but a few small changes could make the experience much better.

Rather odd

I was surprised to be asked for a £100 deposit and then asked to walk up the road to another hotel. In that hotel, in the room I was allocated, there was no hot water and so I to move rooms. All at 11pm.

3 bed rooms, convemient and cost effective. No seats at the reception. No outside bathroom or waiting area. After check out, they don't care much. I think making that belogingness feeling is to an extend important. I missed that. Or else worth for the money paid

Horrible place .Nothing was as advertised

When i arrived it was like i was someone they didn't like ( a very Rude man greeted me) . First thing i had to do is provide photo I.D then pay for my 2 night stay in full Plus £100 deposit for the 2 nights . Then they told me no room for parking so had to go down the road to park at a different hotel ( IF I KNEW THAT I WOULD OF STAYED AT THE OTHER HOTEL )the first night the fire alarm went off at 12.30 am . For 1/2 A hour .No apologies nothing . Wifi was rubbish ended up turning it off and using mobile network . Then to top it all off went down for advertised breakfast to some old bread with no butter or cultery .it was a disaster

Do Nốt Stay at this Hotel, Avoid At All Cost! - I paid continental bfast but non provided, I requested a refund but refused by hotels(dot)com. - Too noisy - 11am the checkout time but cleaners knocking at my door at 9:30am - Staffs are arguing infront of customers - TV not working - Room is very cold, no heater working
