"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Lompoc was completely unexpected—in the best way possible. After a mix-up with our original hotel reservations, we ended up staying here, and we couldn’t be happier that we did. The biggest highlight of our stay was the staff. Every person we interacted with was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Their customer service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The hotel was very clean, our room was comfortable, and I was impressed with the fitness center, which was also clean and well-maintained. We did have a small issue figuring out how to turn on the shower, but the front desk associate immediately came to our room to help us. She was kind, patient, and happy to assist, which really speaks to the level of service they provide. Sometimes the best experiences happen by accident, and that’s exactly what happened here. We truly don’t regret ending up at the Holiday Inn Express in Lompoc. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this hotel. We’ll definitely keep it in mind the next time we’re in the area!"
