For a rapid and appropriate response, please give us the exact number of people sleeping or on site and the event being celebrated (birthday, seminar, wedding). The Kerpaul estate is set in 3.5 hectares of parkland and comprises two houses which can be rented independently. The gîte sleeps a maximum of 25 people - ideal for 20 people on long stays. In the park, a 100 m² games room is shared with the manor house, and can be hired out for business or festive events. Games room: French billiards, table tennis, table football - and petanque pitch).

It's an ideal place to work, or to bring family and friends together.
Less than 5 minutes away by bike or 15 minutes on foot, close to all amenities, you will find numerous sporting activities and beautiful 2 to 3 hour circular walks starting from the property.

The estate is located 800 m from the first beaches (15 mm on foot) and the nautical centre, 500 m from the local shops in Loctudy, a charming fishing port that has retained its authenticity with its Langoustine fishing boats.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre ce jour, dans ce très beau coin du Finistère ! Le gîte et sa configuration ont été particulièrement appréciés par toute la famille! Un petit bémol sur le ménage, qui a nécessité quelques interventions à notre arrivée. A noter toutefois la disponibilité et gentillesse du gardien ! Salle de jeux très appréciée et un parc extérieur agréable ! Je recommande ce gîte !

Très bon séjour dans ce bâtiment qui accueillait d'anciennes colonies. Idéal pour les groupes d'amis. A savoir que la salle où se situe les tables de tennis de table et le baby foot est partagé avec la manoir.

Super séjour au domaine de Kerpaul

Ce fut un super éjour au domaine de Kerpaul. Le Manoir et son jardin sont magnifiques. L'accueil et la disponibilité du gardien furent très appréciés. Loctudy et son bord de mer sont ravissants. Hâte de pouvoir y retourner un jour.

un week end entre amis et avec enfants

nous avons passés un excellent week end entre amis , le gite est tres bien équipé en tout point . les couchages sont tres bon, seul petit bémol il serait bien de chauffer plus tot le gite avant l'arrivé des convives car nous avons eu froid le premier soir, nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce gite.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour.

La propriété est parfaite pour se retrouver entre amis : des dortoirs pour les enfants et des chambres individuelles pour les adultes. Un grand parc et des espaces communs très conviviaux. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu pour des réunions entre amis ou en famille.

Excellent moment !

Le gîte est propre, charmant et fonctionnel (autant pour des familles avec enfants que pour un groupe d'adultes comme nous) , le parc est très agréable et la mer accessible en 20 minutes de marche ! avec le soleil au rendez vous, nous avons passé un week-end formidable ! Nous avons été de plus très bien accueillis par le gardien qui est très arrangeant. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Un magnifique Week End

Entre l'esprit colo des grands dortoirs et le corps de ferme plein de chambres doubles, ce logement était parfait pour un Week end de retrouvaille entre amis. Le grand domaine est idéal pour les jeux d’extérieurs ( foot, frisbee). Surtout, un grand merci a Daniel et sa femme (couple de gardiens) qui nous accueillis comme si nous étions de la famille. Merci encore pour ce magnifique moment.
