This was our 3rd stay at the view. As always, room was very clean and comfortable & the family who own the property are very welcoming. The breakfast is superb. We would not stay anywhere else, they work so hard to make your stay a relaxing one.

Great base to explore Llandudno and North Wales. Excellent service, very comfortable bed, and a great view of the promenade. Parking in Llandudno can be tough but I never struggled to find a spot- either right in front of the hotel or a couple of mins walk further up at Happy Valley. Highly recommend!

Brian and his family were wonderful. There B/B was clean and comfy. Robes were provided and lovely toiletries. Brian was attentive and helpful with his directions.
