Yurts have been in use in Central Asia for at least three thousand years, with the first recorded description of them being written by the ancient Greek historian Herodotus. Our yurts are a step up from the circular dome structures used by Mongolian nomads and others, but still use the basic structure found in the yurts used by the ancients. The result is a comfortable modern lodging with all the modern amenities (private bathroom, kitchenette, air conditioning) without sacrificing the simplicity of being close to nature. The yurts with loft are 565 square feet with 10’ walls and 15.5’ dome ceiling. This yurt has a king size bed on the main floor and a queen size bed in the loft. Enjoy an intimate romantic getaway or book multiple yurts with friends and family.
The kitchen includes a stove top, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, cooking utensils, place settings and eating utensils, and an outdoor propane gas grill.
This yurt sleeps 4. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
